Can I upgrade or change my MoneyAngel plan later?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan at any time, so you can start with the features you need today and switch as your needs change.
Why is Open Banking included in Premium instead of Core?
Core gives you free access to powerful MoneyAngel tools for building and understanding your financial picture, including budgeting, net worth, goals and lifetime forecasting.
Providing secure, regulated Open Banking connections carries a direct ongoing cost, so that facility is included with Premium and above. This helps us cover the cost of connectivity while keeping MoneyAngel Core genuinely useful, and genuinely free.
How does the 30-day free trial work?
The first time you upgrade from MoneyAngel Core to a paid plan, you can try that plan free for 30 days.
A payment card and authorisation are required to start your trial, but you will not be charged during the 30 day trial period.
If you cancel or move back to Core before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you continue with your chosen plan, your paid subscription will begin automatically at the agreed plan price when the trial ends.
What happens if I cancel within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription?
You can cancel within the first 14 days after your paid subscription starts and your cancellation will take effect immediately.
If you choose to cancel completely, your MoneyAngel data will be deleted and you will receive a full refund of the subscription fee paid.
If you would prefer to keep your MoneyAngel data, you can instead move back to MoneyAngel Core and continue using the free plan.
No further payments will be taken.
What happens if I cancel my subscription after the first 14 days?
You can cancel your MoneyAngel subscription at any time.
After the first 14 days, your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid period. You will continue to have access to your paid plan until that date and no further payments will be taken.
You can then choose to delete your MoneyAngel data or keep your data and move back to MoneyAngel Core.
Can I downgrade my MoneyAngel plan?
Yes. You can move to a lower paid MoneyAngel plan at any time.
Your current plan will remain active until the end of your current paid period. Your lower priced plan will then begin automatically and the new subscription price will be collected on your next payment date.
Can I upgrade my MoneyAngel plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your MoneyAngel plan at any time and the change will take effect immediately.
When you upgrade, you will pay a balancing amount for the remainder of your current paid period based on the difference between your existing plan and your new plan.
From your next payment date, your new subscription price will be collected automatically.
